Payment Terms:
Booking Deposit Fee
AED 1,500 per person (Non-refundable).
Second Payment
100% of the remaining balance, including any extras booked, to be paid 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Booking deposit of AED 1,500 is non-refundable once confirmed.
- 60–45 days before departure: 50% of the holiday cost is non-refundable.
- 44–30 days before departure: 75% of the holiday cost is non-refundable.
- Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Important Notes:
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check passport and visa requirements.
- Missed or delayed flights may affect the itinerary and any extra costs will be borne by the client.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 14:00–15:00 and check-out at 11:00–12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Quoted prices are based on 10–15 passengers traveling together; any change in group size may affect the price.

- In case of unavailability of the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation of similar category will be arranged.

- Departure dates are fixed; no amendments or changes are possible.
Visa Requirements
Clear passport scan with a minimum validity of 6 months.
Azerbaijan eVisa (for eligible nationalities):
Nationals such as Indian, Pakistani, and others can apply. Other nationalities must obtain a visa through an Embassy/Consulate or Visa on Arrival.
Visa on Arrival (for UAE residents):
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa with at least 6 months validity from return date.
eVisa Fees:
- Standard: AED 180 per person | Processing: 3–4 working days
- Urgent: AED 300 per person | Processing: 1 working day
